Romantic Valentine's dinner set for Seelye Mansion
Couples looking for a unique Valentine’s Day celebration can enjoy a candlelit dinner at the Historic Seelye Mansion.
The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. Feb. 13 and Feb. 14 and includes a champagne toast in the grand ballroom, followed by a plated dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m., according to a community announcement.
The menu, catered by Lucinda Kohman, features baby spinach and strawberry salad, parmesan chicken, stuffed flank steak, roasted baby potatoes, green beans almondine, a dinner roll and chocolate sweetheart cake.
